Floating On Cloud Nine
Bliss. Peace. Inspiration. This “All Levels” yoga class is meant to put you on cloud nine. IN three Sessions, Erika Faith lovingly guides you through a meditation in classical yoga postures and breathing exercises. Session 1 focuses on basic breathing techniques and gentle seated poses to bring you into a state of calm and inner tranquility. Session 2 builds heat in the body through Sun Salutations (a series of yoga poses linked to the breath) and standing postures. Session 3 specializes in bringing you into deep relaxation through forward bends, inversions and a final guided retreat called “Savasana”.

A vibrant and challenging yoga practice highlighting inversions, arm balancing, deep core strengthening and balancing poses – this practice will take you to the next level in your asana practice! Starting with meditation, you begin the fluid dance with your breath… calling upon the energy of the earth to ground your soul… slowly you flow, guided by the movement of prana, gracefully through all your favorite poses. This inspiring DVD includes affirmations, new variations of familiar poses, core sequencing and lots of insights to make each practice unique.

Learn the “Moon Salutation”, practice fun partner poses and relax with an exchange of sweet, simple touch therapy. Thai Yoga Massage originated with Buddhist monks centuries ago who passed on these sacred gestures to their local communities. People find it to be an incredibly soothing and healing experience, great for all ages and body types. Our partner yoga sequence is also designed for all levels of practitioners, even kids!
Yoga Nidra
Literally meaning “yogi sleep”, this practice is used to prepare both body and mind for deeper levels of consciousness and awareness through meditation. Regularly practiced on its own, as a daily relaxation technique, Yoga Nidra can assist in purifying karma by slowly working to clear our negative internal programming. About a half an hour of practice equates to approximately three hours of normal sleep, although it is not meant to be used as a sleep substitute. Connect with your divinity and gain energy with this powerful and ancient tool of Yoga.
